Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Credit Cards:
Inthepinkcollection.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Sales Tax:
If the order is shipped within Nevada , the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. If you have resale or tax exempt status, please make your order by Phone, Fax or E-Mail, since we do not have this option available on our web site as of this time. We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of Nevada.

Tracking Order:
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Modifications & Cancellations: Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. Please see our returns policy below for instructions on how to return or exchange an item.

Guidelines:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days based on availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Inthepinkcollection.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS and USPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Domestic and International Shipping costs, methods and disclosure:
Shipping costs are based on several factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package, and the destination. To calculate the cost of shipping a package, first add your selected items to your cart. Proceed to checkout where you will be asked your preferred method of shipping. This will display the cost for shipping that specific package by a particular method to your destination. At this point you may either proceed with your order, or cancel order and logout.

  • Domestic - Inthepinkcollection.com offers Ground or 2 Day Shipping from UPS for orders within the Continental United States.

  • International - Please contact us at orders@inthepinkcollection.com or 240-472-1235 to place your international order.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges include brokerage fees but do not include taxes or duties. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from inthepinkcollection.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to inthepinkcollection.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. Return Policy:
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 21 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Once your package has been received at inthepinkcollection.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from inthepinkcollection.com.
